A number of 'newer generation' corporate event facilities now combine a leisure/hospitality component into the offering. Some examples of this are rented corporate meeting facilities with plasma TV's, lounges, games, and even kitchen facilities. The reasoning and logic behind this is quite extensive, but to sum it up, it's been proven to enhance mindset and productivity amongst professional groups of people.
Our multi-faceted facility can offer this enhanced service as well, but even better. Let's look at a one of the possible combinations we could make available.
A corporate entity books our Corporate Board Room for an all-day meeting. The planners of this event wish to integrate a leisure/hospitality component into the event.
Sample Corporate Meeting
8:00 AM
Arriving guests are welcomed with a continental breakfast on the deck or in the main hall..
9:00 AM
The meeting starts with participants in the computer and internet equipped meeting area.
12:00PM
For lunch the guests are served on the elegant Waterfall View deck to a fine lunchtime cuisine.
1:00PM
The group spends the remainder of their day in a somewhat less formal environment private event facility, which offers all the comforts of an executive home.
5:00PM
The end of a long meeting and time for a cocktail hour spent on the deck overlooking the waterfall and in the main hall an independent sound system is available for custom music selections.
